Yes.
Radio Wales is English - but most of the news seems to be S.Wales
biassed.
There's a number of local stations but I don't have a list to hand and
the internet radio (a Jones purchase - but he does have problems
deciding which of the thousands of staions worldwide to listen to)
isn't plugged in.
Do you want a list when I have one to hand?

No, have just enough time now to get usenet.. I was wondering what the
Yanks would make of a Welsh language station.. would `bas' mean `dead'
in Welsh?

Those of Irish descent would probably think it was Scottish Gaelic and
those of Scottish descent think it was Irish.

Don't think so - "wedi marw" (has died) is used for dead, will check.
