In most cases, the local district nurse is more powerful than your local

because of the recommendation of the nurse that he was incapable of

the past, of people being put in mental homes and left there until they
die.
If you are in trouble, pleading insanity is not a good option, your
release is then dependent on convincing `experts' that you are sane..
going to jail can lead to release for good behaviour

Seems to have a thing about Yagis::.. The Curragh one is military
(probably), illegal to take photos, one of the Dublin ones is an old
mystery, once reputed to be used by _****_, that is if its the one that
can be seen looking South from Parnell Sq., once listened to a theory
about what it was doing shifting back and forth, as we sipped cans..
God, that must be 15 years ago. I suppose that a lot of the rest are
unused, but too much trouble to take down, there is a very tall one,
resembling the Borris-in-Ossary one, about a mile away, guy that
installed it disappeared when cable was installed, the pole is still
there waiting to blow down some windy night. Interesting.

Are you worried about avian flu?
13% No - its all been blown out of proportion
62% Yes - I think it is going to turn into a pandemic
25% Not really but I do get concerned when it appears in the news
Oh I don't know. 62% is just about enough to instigate a meaningles
panic. Isn't that the point of the exercise?
Panic is a basic human right, especially when confronted by complacent
corrupt government officials telling you there is nothing to worry about.
If you take any SVS assurance that there is nothing to worry about, then you
are naive in the extreme.
Fortunately from some obscure mechanism, that I do not understand, the
"people" en-mass, have more sense than all the politicians, bent vets,
scientists and wannabe scientists added together.
We call, it democracy, for want of anything better.

The cases of human H7N2 cases will likely grow considerably
http://www.recombinomics.com/News/05270701/H7N2_Efficient_11.html
Unlike H5N1, H7N2 is efficiently transmitted from human to human, and
the confirmed 11 positives are only the tip of a growing iceburg.
Icebergs can't grow, only shrink, unless they are lettuces! |

No, different one, wonder who stuck that unstable one up. The bridge
seems to be Capel St. Bridge. Back in the analogue days, there was a guy
in a flat near Parnell St. would get you a transcript of any mobile
users conversation, for a price, which would include being connected
with some very dodgy people.. seemed OK himself.
