ROI being the Republic.
Rounded up almost the last of last years male sheep (note terming),
and headed for meat factory, unloaded, place half full of female
hoggots (they work tomorrow), and walked through the cattle area to
report.. Spick and span, suspiciously so. The gateman said that they
are only killing three days per week, and thinking of only two, beef
trade is so poor.. Seems OK in the UK.

store trade strong, dairy cows expensive, cull cows 60 - 75 pence per kilo |
live weight which is big money after OTMS
Clean beef OK
